So just a way out there map idea... anyone remember starfox 64 where you were in space, though there was a definite down and up, there were like floating parts of buildings everywhere? That might make a pretty cool map to fly in. Imagine this, your being tailed by an enemy, you fly through a half destroyed floating tunnel, out a big hole and you watch your enemy accidentally smash into a bent steel girder on the way out. I can dream too ^__^

...Ace Combat 3 had a mission where you had to leave the atmosphere and destroy some satellites...It'd be awesome if they brought that back.....We all can dream. ^__^

Likely mission sequence:

1. Launch
2. Get on proper course
3. Close to Super-Speshul XLAA range
4. Fire
5. Repeat 2-4
6. De-orbit

Yeah, I'd take a generic "Mission 1: Intercept Bombers" over that any day.

IMO, no, primarily because few- if any- people ever play any of the MP DLC maps. As for the AoA maps... not particularly.

I did buy the second map for AoA's but only played a few minutes of of it. Its a shame they couldn't give us maps from like AC4 through Zero as I would like to see something a bit different than playing on tweaked maps from the game.

I hope so, I'd even be happy it they released new maps for online seige battles, and that is saying something, since seige battle is my least favorite online mode, I don't hate it by any extent. I'd just rather play normal team/free for all battles, or co-op missions, part of the reason for my dislike of seige battles is that they don't let you change weapons when the sides switch...

Bleah... just realized how a bit of a bore Ace of Aces is. I got the first mission, by the way. Also, what I find stupid is that you can't even fly over the Aigaion, otherwise you get instantly killed. Just lame.

i agree with you.namco just putted in some more fighters, a couple of ships, the agaion, and putted pasternak voychek (or whatever he's called) on a CFA instead of a Su-33.
in other words: that's not worth buying it, even if you have some MP to waste.

@Tomcatter 503:i would have liked to have some missions remake from the old AC games, especially those from AC2 and the stage of apocalypse from AC0, but i know that that's not gonna appen...that sucks.

I'd love to see some AC4, AC5 and ACZ maps that would plain rock!

Hopefully It's better than AoA2. 2 is kind of fun, but it's long, and not as dynamic as AoA1.
