Who's dissing one of my favourite crafts? I am dissing my stupidity in thinking it would be a good choice for that mission.

In any mission if you aren't bad all planes are good choices.

Pretty much this. It's just going to take longer to kill things is all.

The first time I played the Arkbird level (or second) I used the think the latest aircraft you unlocked was the best. Lo and behold, I had most recently unlocked the BAE Hawk, so....

You deserved it for thinking the Hawk is actually useful.

Why did allies have to show up during WMD? It was such a fun mission till they appeared.

ikr? You even had Flyuger. It's like one lone dev wanted to create a seriously difficult mission only for someone to say "No that's too fun, get more allies in there".

I think it's still a good compromise, you get a good amount of time before they arrive and even then they don't do that much unless you tell them to (though they do keep some of the heat off you). I can see how the mission would be pretty tough for lesser skilled players otherwise, unless you were just given the option to escape. At any rate that's a far better way of handling difficulty than just watering everything down (see: AC5, AH), *and* it works great from a "story" perspective too. The moment your allies arrive and Fires of Liberation kicks in is one of the best parts of the game in that aspect.

I guess you're right on that, though I still wish they'd do something like have them never arrive if you're playing on Ace difficulty or something along those lines.

Am I the only one that didn't find Four Horsemen that bad? I actually somewhat enjoyed it, as the later parts are not as annoying as ACES with the goddamn tunnel.

It literally ain't that bad. I can stomach it. You guys're just impatient. :P

I am an impatient man tbh, and it's not too bad. ACES is worse overall because the downtime is huge in comparison, or at least feels huge.

Oh boy. I had this happen to me on Solitaire, only instead of me crashing into the ground, I crashed into Grimm while going full throttle across the return line.
