When you fail a mission in AC04, remember the music that plays? Is there a title for this track?

Requiem, composed by Tetsukazu Nakanishi.
Also, notice that Requiem is based on the Requiem Mass and Jesus' resurrection. The track was probably named after Mozart's famous "Requiem Mass of D Minor," to recognize how the Namco Sound Team used his composition. With the "Mission Failed" track, two of the fourteen movements in Mozart's Requiem are "Rex tremendae" and "Agnus Dei," which were revised as two of four tracks played in Mission 18 of AC4 (those two tracks were composed by Keiki Kobayashi).

Really... Is there a way to get it as a download on an MP3 player?

Well, you can buy the AC4 Original Soundtrack, or be a pirate.

WHOA! I'm not gonna pirate. Piracy is NOT cool. So, my best bet is to get the AC04 original soundtrack, huh?

Where the hell can you buy the soundtrack in the United States?

There might be a few in a pawn shop, or music shop, but would be rare.
