Okay so, over the past week or two Quinn and I have been talking about starting a small series revolving around the idea of "Rubbing is racing," or touring cars as he calls it. and we decided on a few restrictions other than the typical D,C,B,A,S,U classes to broaden the ranges of cars that can be used and make the whole experience more fun. obviously this makes the game more cheatable so I thought it would be a good idea to start it off here with you Semi-trustable people (As opposed to the rest of the scumbags who frequent the forza forums.)

Like I mentioned earlier we are using a different method of leveling the cars so not everyone uses the exact same thing. They are as follows:

No more than 300HP
Must be FWD
Cannot weigh less than 2,200LB
No adjustable components aside from the Aerokits
No tire modifications. (Up for debate)
Rims, and rim size are acceptable

This is still in the half-assed stages of development, and we really haven't fleshed out a points system or what tracks will be used. Most rules and restrictions are up for change if you can present a valid reason.

Just like to see if there is any interest in this before we get farther into it.

Pretty much, the only thing out of the suspension tab you can use is the weight reduction, and only down to 2200 pounds.

I dunno. I think it'd be a lot easier and less confusing if done another way. Like say you need to have an S-Clas FWD car. Just that. Its a lot simpler and allows for more variety to the field.

Even easier and less confusing: one person picks the car and the track, and whoever wins gets to pick the next set for the next race.

We're trying to make it relatively cheap to run in this comp. For example, I entered an S998 competition with a Nissan 350Z. That cost about 150,000 credits to do, as well as a fair bit of time tuning the bugger. For this, I've prepared a Mitsubishi FTO. All in all, it was 50,000 to get everything done.
