Alright. Look. I did this mostly because I need a little help.
I am trying to tune a Porsche 2007 911 Turbo (997) for the Nissan Oval. I realize people hate tuning for the oval, and especially hate tuning the Porsche's. I've tried using Feurdogs (spelling?) tuning calculator and that cut my laptime from a 41.313 to a 39.333. If you want to charge me for this tune, i'm sure we can negotiate something. But this Porsche is really driving me nuts. I've been at it for a good 45 minutes now. I usually do Oval Tunes myself but this one is just irritating. Theres a bit understeer going into Turn 1 and a lot of understeer exiting Turn 2. Here's some free advice (I used it to make a D-class GT500KR turn really well with just a racing suspension), but it's been a while since I lasted played:
This much I know for sure I'd Stiffen up the swaybars, the is a big factor in under/oversteer, but I'd also stiffen up the shocks, struts, and springs. (too much is bad) Another thing I'd do is increase the downforce in the front(might hurt your top speed, but IIRC that porsche is 4WD, so it might help acceleration a little). The next thing I'd do is adjust the toe, chamber and caster. It's been awhile so what to do there is still sketchy. Also, try a different driving line. I had a line for this track but it's hard to explain in words. --------------------  "None Braver, None Stronger, None Better.
