So, we're finally getting around to this; forgive the delays, ADV and I have both been busy.

Signups must be conducted in teams of four people. Out of this team of four, one person must be designated the team leader and will have perks in-game relevant to that role. Squads can submit more than one team if they want to, but keep in mind that you'll have to be fairly active. However, we're implementing a system so that it's not too much of a burden.

These teams will be combined into squads for the actual matches; people will be paired up with other people in their squad. For example, all team leaders will be treated as one player. Only one can play per match and he earns rank points for all team leaders in that squad. That way there isn't a need for too much activity and there's no punishment of having a lower rank for being a backup.

Signups will end on the 23rd, and the game will start that week. I know there's still not much info on gameplay mechanics, but we'll release all of it in the next few days.

None; your team of four will be paired up with one or two other teams of four as backups for their squad.
