Why the Morgan has two different names, ADFX-01(yours) and ADFX-02(Pixy)...what is the difference between the two

the 02 prototype holds all 3 SP weapons, while the 01 prototype only holds one at a time.

It's probably the number of the prototype, as in, yours is the first version, Pixy's is the second.
