Eh, you can see jagged lines on the car, thus no for me.
Stunod has captured the speed well and thats a nice drift, plus well tilted camera angle. : ) --------------------  |

I did check the pic, and the car is sitting there in a light-smoker. You can tell by the fact that the treadmarks do not line up. To test this, I went at the angle that the photo shows in my untuned Neon at the same turn, and the marks were fatter and more distinct.
