REVISED: Dec. 16th, 2008 - New recruitment rule added, and Xbox Live Gamertag stipulation added to application.
 Have you ever wanted to be part of a legendary squadron, feared amongst its enemies and revered by its allies? One that has turned into a squadron of infamous calling and that places no limits on how far you wish to excel? Well we invite you to look no further. The Razgriz Air Division is now accepting applications! The R.A.D. was formed in late 2006, founded by two senior breakaway officers of the Belkan Air Force. Two years later, the focus remains the same: to provide a competitive, friendly atmosphere for gamers of the Ace Combat following who are looking for a place to belong. Whether you are new to squadrons, or are a seasoned veteran, there's a place and warm greeting** waiting for everyone who joins! It does not matter whether you're a seasoned gamer, looking for a challenge, or a casual gamer, looking to have fun. We have units and personnel to meet both needs, all in a fun, semi-militaristic environment. We believe that honor, loyalty, and the will to succeed in anything you do are the keys to a successful and fulfilling membership with us. The emphasis we place here on personal character and enjoyment as a soldier is what's required for a stay here. In the RAD, your wingman is your brother, your enemy is your challenge of choosing, and your aircraft is your partner. Your gun is your boom-stick and your strength, and that sniper behind you is your best friend (unless said sniper is Derek May). The squadron keeps itself ready for action through weekly practices in Ace Combat legacy games, Ace Combat 6, and Call of Duty 4*. Online and offline play both combine to form the backbone of our squadron. We're a combination of military precision and a fun-loving atmosphere, so most members find themselves instantly welcomed into the close knit family that our squadron has become. And through this integration with your peers and your commanders, you'll become no stranger to the hard work that it takes to excel here. We will help you develop the mature personality and sense of duty it takes to be one of our top dogs. That being said, Allow me to introduce the core of our system. Two main Units, tasked with Online (AC6 - Asgard) and Offline (Legacy - Völund) warfare respectively, protect our squadron while a third unit for ground pounding online security operations (CoD4 - Odin) also serves, with members from both of the other units participating. Each person brings unique abilities and talents with them, and we welcome the diverse outlooks and skill sets to our squadron. While we enjoy having fun and joking around, we also maintain that militaristic feel. During the appropriate times, we require proper respect and courtesy be given to those who’s rank requires it, and we have a chain of command. Those who go above and beyond our expectations, both in war and out, will find themselves among the highest ranking and most experienced members of the squadron, becoming visible and viable examples of our camaraderie and competitive power. Applicants having previous squadron experience amounting to more than 6 months are eligible for rank advancements upon acceptance. Recruiters will evaluate applicants, and based on previous experience and testimony, will award an advancement. Applicants having more than a year of previous activity may be eligible for advancement to the officer corps. 2. Former Division members applying for re-admittance, can apply to have their previous rank and privileges re-instated. Current Rules and terms for Application: 1) Pilots applying CAN NOT currently be a member of another squadron, and CAN NOT have an outstanding application with another squadron. Failure to heed this rule will result in the immediate termination of your application. 2) Activity is a requirement to maintain valid membership. If you feel that you will be severely deficient in activity levels, we invite you to look elsewhere. IF during your term with us, you fail to inform us of prolonged absence, your account and membership may be terminated. 3) We recognize that some people will want privacy. We don't require that you divulge your real name to us. However, if caught lying about any other items on your application, you can be disqualified from service. If you really don't feel comfortable answering a question, but still wish to be a member with us, submit your application and follow up with a PM to either the CO or the XO, letting them know about your protest and explaining why. We will attempt to accommodate you. After months of disrespect to the entire squad, and no action what so ever was taken, I decided to leave. The members of the FA are well rounded people.
